PURCHASED

I’ve been pretty good about not buying many books lately, but this week I picked up some more for my home library. I went in a thrift shop and a used book store, and came home with a stack of books. No idea how these things happen. Anyway, some of these I have read (The Westing Game, Sense and Sensibility, In Cold Blood, and Ethan Frome) and some of these I haven’t read (The Big Over Easy, Goodbye to Berlin, We Are Never Meeting in Real Life, Damned, and People Who Knock on the Door)

Books

RECEIVED

One ARC received this week via Netgalley – Keeping Lucy.
One ARC received this week via Edelweiss – Call Me Evie.
My Amazon First Reads pick for this month was True Places.

  1. I am terrible in bookstores, I buy dozens of books. I also checkout too many and can’t read them all before they’re due.

    1. I get too many books too. I’ve been trying to catch up on some reading lately, which meant staying away from adding even more books to my evergrowing list.

    1. Thanks, Jonetta! I accidentally downloaded the third book in the Myron Bolitar series instead of the first, so I’m starting the series… but not in order. Anyway, I enjoyed this one. Hopefully I can get my act together and get the other books in the correct order. 😉

  2. Wow, you’ve listened to lots of books this week! I’m listening to You Were Made For This and it is good, but boy the characters are unlikeable!!
