Hey there! I hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying their books. I read and listened to more books this week than I had planned. So, I’m making a lot of headway on my TBR.

The Year of Less by Cait Flanders
I listened to the audio version on OverDrive. I enjoy reading about minimalism, so this one sounded interesting. It’s about one woman’s journey on simplifying her life by implementing a shopping ban and reducing her number of belongings.

The Surgeon by Tess Gerittsen
This is the first book in the Rizzoli & Isles series. I’ve read one book in this series, and wanted to go back and start at the beginning. This is a book that has been on my shelf for a few years, so I was happy to check this one off the list. I have other books in this series, and I’m planning to read them soon.

Ford County by John Grisham
I listened to the audio version on OverDrive. This was a collection of short stories. I like Grisham’s legal thrillers, but hadn’t read any short stories by him.

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
Another one that’s been on my bookshelf. I read this one for a reading challenge.

Rosemary’s Baby by Ira Levin
This book has been on my TBR for a long time. I picked it up on impulse, and finally got it read.

Can You See Her? by S.E. Lynes
This was an ARC from Netgalley. I’ll post a review next week.

The Girl Beneath the Sea by Andrew Mayne
My Amazon First Reads pick for April. This is the first book in a new series about a police diver in Florida. I like Mayne’s The Naturalist series, so I was curious about his latest book. It was a good one, and I’ll be on the lookout for the next book.

Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut
This is another book I own that fit in with a reading challenge.

Proof of Murder by Lauren Elliott
The latest book in a cozy mystery series that I like. This is an ARC from Netgalley. I’ll post a review next week.

White Oleander by Janet Fitch
I bought this one ages ago. It fits in with a reading challenge, so I’m finally getting it checked off my TBR.

Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
I bought this series last year. I’m planning to get it read over the next month.
